Refund Policy

Payment policy:

Minimum 50% advance.
Balance amount 2 days prior or at the time when trip starts.

Cancellation policy:

Before 10 days: 50% of total tour cost.
Between 30 to 11 days: 25% of total tour cost.
Before 30 days: 10% of total tour cost.

Refund:

Refund will be processed accrding to the cancellation policy and it will take around 5 to 6 working days to initiate the refund.
If the refund is made through the credit card account or bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
