The early days were a struggle, but Wani’s hard work paid off as he carved a niche for Wani Travels in the pilgrimage tourism segment, beginning with Ashtavinayak Yatraas it received huge success. Thereafter he started Shirdi Shingnapur and Mumbai darshan trips which were pioneering in Kalyan at that time. The trust he established with his customers was the basis with which to build the business.

In 2000, Wani diversified to give travelers a more personalized experience. His dedication for excellency and satisfaction has always been the foundation of our business.

His son, Mr. Darshan Wani, had joined the business in 2016 after finishing his education. With the support of his family, and an incredible team, he continued to carry on Wani Travels. Mr. Darshan had a new vision and concentrated on domestic and international leisure tours, in particular personalized travel experiences. Under his direction, Wani Travels adapted to new faces of tourism with packages that are designed in a bespoke manner to cater to the needs of all kinds of travelers.

In 2023, Sanjay Wani once again brought back to life, his pet project of an Asthavinayak Yatra ( a flagship tour which became an integral part of our bouquet and is organized every Friday and continues to be one of our most sought after products ).
