This trip is Shravan special trip and it starts on every Saturday night from Mumbai and comes back to Mumbai till Sunday night.

Available Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai to bhimashankar journey.

Description: On the Saturday night we will start our journey from Mumbai to bhimashankar. Timings will be 9 PM from Dadar, later our bus will do the pickup from Sion, Thane, Kalyan.

Day 2: Bhimashankar darshan - Mumbai.

Description: After that we will reach in Junnar to get freshenup. After getting fresh we will start our journey towards Bhimashankar devasthan. After reaching Bhimashankar, our bus will take halt at Parking station. From there we will take the local ST bus which will drop us near Bhimashankar temple. In the month of Shravan, there is always huge rush of devotees. it takes around minimum 4 hrs line to get the pavitra jyotirlinga darshan. After darshan we will come back to the parking station where our bus is been parked. From there we will start our return journey. On the way we will have a lunch and from there we will drop you to Mumbai.

  • Start your day early and head to Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to a variety of flora and fauna. You can take a guided tour of the sanctuary and spot animals like leopards, barking deer, and giant squirrels.
  • After exploring the sanctuary, visit the Bhimashankar Temple, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located amidst lush greenery.
  • Next, head to Hanuman Lake, which is a beautiful lake surrounded by hills. You can enjoy boating here or simply relax by the lake.
  • In the evening, visit the Gupt Bhimashankar Caves, which are ancient caves located near the temple. These caves have intricate carvings and are believed to be over 1000 years old.
